Step Back in Time at the MSP

With the history tours at Missouri State Penitentiary, you’ll truly feel the history! Our history tours will immerse you in the prison’s past with fascinating stories about the dangerous inmates that walked its halls and changed the prison system in the United States. On one of our tours, a former inmate will even relate what the penitentiary was like from the perspective of one incarcerated in its cells.
